Community Lotteries
Throughout the year, WRHNF conducts community lotteries with proceeds supporting different programs and areas across WRHN. These lotteries are available to any resident of Ontario that is 18+ years of age.

Champions For Charity Community 50/50 Raffle
Champions for Charity is a charity boxing event featuring local business professionals stretching themselves to their limits as they train as amateur boxers. This event includes: live stream, 50/50 lottery, and online auction support kids’ care at Waterloo Regional Health Network (WRHN) by funding a new pediatric echocardiogram—a special ultrasound machine that lets doctors see a child’s heart, without any needles, radiation, or pain.
This 50/50 lottery includes a 3 early bird prizes and a grand prize draw:
- Early Bird #1 - $500 Sobeys Gift Card - Deadline: Tuesday, February 24, 11:59 PM Enter by February 24 2026 at 11:59 pm to be entered to win a $500 Sobeys Gift Card. Draw will be held on February 25 2026 at 9:00 am.
- Early Bird #2 - Kitchener Rangers Hockey Tickets - Deadline: Sunday, March 8, 11:59 PM Enter by March 8 2026 at 11:59 pm to be entered to win 2 tickets to the Kitchener Rangers game on March 20 2026. Draw will be held on March 9 2026 at 9:00 am.
- Early Bird #3 - 2 x $500 Sobeys Gift Card - Deadline: Wednesday, April 15, 11:59 PM Enter by April 15 2026 at 11:59 pm to be entered to win 2 x $500 Sobeys Gift Cards. Draw will be held on April 16 2026 at 9:00 am.
- Grand Prize Draw - Deadline: Friday, April 24, 8:30 PM. The Grand Prize draw will take place at 9:00 PM Friday, April 24,
